भवतु भारतम् – Prayer for India

Editor’s note: Starting with this issue, we will be periodically featuring some Sanskrit content. This month we present a simple Sanskrit song that is the poet’s vision for a rising India. It is a vision for an India that is full of strength and discipline, that is rooted in dharma and a pursuit of truth and right, that harmonises devotion and surrender to the Divine with dedicated action to make life and world beautiful. We are also including an audio file if some of the readers want to sing-along and envision an India of their dreams.
